Toyota Sienna van has not gone under major changes since 2010. Although Toyota has replaced the old engine with 3.6 liter engine and tweaked the six speed transmission to eight speed transmission in 2017. However, the exterior and interior has not received major updates. Japanese car giant is going to launch its 2018 Toyota Sienna at the New York Car Show this year to get the competition going in the minivan segment. The new model is going to have a new outer and inner look along with some technological enhancements. It will be available in five trim levels L, LE, SE, XLE and Limited respectively.
Toyota Sienna 2018 Interior
The interior of the 2018 Toyota Sienna carries out the same styling as its predecessor. The seats and door panels are also revised. However, some new technological enhancements are installed to make it more users friendly. It can accommodate seven passengers in three row seating. The second row seats can roll forward whereas the third row seats can be fold flat to have ample cargo space. The passengers can now enjoy music or charge their cell phones while sitting on third row seats, thanks to the five USB ports that are distributed among first, second and third row seats. All trim levels cater a 4.2 inch TFT multi information display which allows the user to stream online via their Android devices.

The exclusive Toyota Entune 3.0 Multimedia system and App Suite Connect come standard on all trim levels entertaining the driver with enhanced connectivity, navigation and technology. The Scout GPA Link with Moving Maps and connected navigation is offered on L, LE, SE, and XLE as standard. Whereas the LE, SE and XLE levels are upgraded with Entune Audio Plus along with Safety and Wi-Fi Connect which allows the users to take the advantage of 4G LTE hotspot and get five of their smart devices connected. The Limited trim is a step ahead with standard feature like Destination assist and Dynamic Navigation along with Entune 3.0 Premium JBL audio system installation and 10.1-inch subwoofer which not only enhances the sound quality but you can even enjoy the music like you are standing in a concert as the speakers are positioned infront of you through sound staging.
2018 Toyota Sienna interior
There are nine speakers adjusted in new Sienna’s cabin keeping its dimension and material in mind. And that’s not it, you can even get the music files with their original studio sound quality with the help of Clari-Fi software installed in Limited trim. The SE and XLE trim owners can also avail the Entune 3.0 Premium JBL audio system as an optional feature. Bird Eye View Monitor also come as option for Limited trim level.
2018 Toyota Sienna Exterior
No matter that the new Sienna is a third generation old model, however the designers at Toyota had made their efforts to give the 2018 Sienna all new look. The styling cues refer to Toyota Mirai and Corolla models. The front grill has got a new design along with strong and squared and big fog lights. The grille openings have adopted a new shape and seem bigger than before. It also got sportier feel with the addition of prominent flared side rockers in all trim levels. There are more enhancements added to SE and Limited trims. Both of them features laminated windshield at front along with improvements in noise, harshness and vibration of the vehicle.
The Limited trims’ front row also has acoustic side glass. Along with six usual colors that were available in 2017’s Sienna, three new colors Parisian Night Pearl, Alumina Jade Metallic and Toasted Walnut Pearl are also added, so the customers can choose their desire color’s vehicle out of nine color choices. The new Sienna is a big van with 200 inches length, 71.3 inches height, and 78.1 inches width. Its wheelbase is 119.3 inches.
No alterations have been made under the hood of 2018 Toyota Sienna. It will carry the same 3.5-liter four cam V-6 engine, which was tweaked in 2017’s model. The powerful engine is able to generate 296 horsepower @ 6600 and torque of 245 to 263 pound feet @ 4700 rpm. The engine is mated with eight speed automatic transmission. The engine offers all wheel drive as an option. With increased acceleration the van reaches from 0-60 mph in just 7 seconds. It fuel economy is rated 18 mpg in city and 24 mpg on highway. With two-wheel drive, the fuel consumption for 100 miles is recorded 4.5 gallons and with all-wheel drive. Its 5.0 gallons.
Good news for the buyers is that company’s exclusive Toyota Safety Sense-P System (TTSP) comes standard with the new Sienna. Before that it was optional with some vehicles, however now the suite will be standard will all Toyota 2018’s models. Following features will be uploaded with the new Toyota Sienna.

Price and Release Date
The new Toyota Sienna 2018 will be available to sale by the end of 2017 but before that it will be debuted at the New York next month. The pricing is not released yet but the previous model was costing around $29,000, so the new one is also expected to be available within range of $30,000.
