2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure is amazing

The Rav4 is no doubt one of the most popular models in Toyota lineup, especially in USA and Canada. besides its attractive design, this SUV is a Toyota’s trademark for quality and durability. Almost two years are passed since the last edition of this vehicle, and now the new model is ready. The 2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure is a new trim level model added to the 2016’s Toyota Rav4 line up with some unique additional specs and lifted the suspension. It is introduced at the Chicago auto show 2017 and as the name shows, it is exclusively for those who love to go on the adventure ride. Even the official tagline says it all “truly captures the essence of the “Let’s Go Places” spirit.” The new ‘Adventure’ will be available with All Wheel Drive version or Front Wheel Drive version with limited slip differential. The buyers can avail the regular tow package in both variants.

Toyota RAV4 2018 Interior

The interior is embellished with distinctive trim sections. The 2018 Toyota RAV4 is roomier with additional height, which will increase the SUV efficiency while moving off road to sandy trails or campsites. Cargo and floors all-weather mats have exclusive ‘Adventure’ logo on them. The inner is also equipped with a power outlet of 120 volts / 100 watts in the freight area. In addition, the shift knob is enfolded in leather and the new Adventure’s Cold Weather Package is loaded with features like heated steering wheel and power/heated material’s driver and passenger’s seats and wiper de-icer.

2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure Exterior

The buyers will find the more exterior finish in Adventure trim with the black roof rack, black-ringed fog lamps and headlights accompanying with silver side sills and underbody panel. The hood is also decorated with the elongated stripe of matte black color. To make it more spectacular the sill protectors also have ‘Adventure’ logo on them. The exterior is updated with lower body shielding and with thick 18 inches alloy wheels along with large flared arches housing 235/55R tires. Lights are all LED technology, with some juicy details like black headlight bezels and black fog lamps edges. Customers can now choose their SUV in five custom colors, which are Silver Sky Metallic, Traditional Black, Super White, Magnetic Gray Metallic and newly introduced Ruby Flare Pearl color.

The 2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure will be having a same 2.5 liter 4-cylinder engine under the hood like its previous non-hybrid mates which can produce 176 ponies @ 6000 rpm and torque of 172 lb-ft @ 4100 rpm. The engine is mated with the six-speed auto transmission. With enhanced transmission plus engine oil cooler and radiator capability, the Adventure is providing Tow Prep Package. With all-wheel drive, you can tow up to 3500 pounds of weight, whereas the front wheel drive can tow up to 2900 pounds of weight. New RAV4 2018 fuel economy should be around 26 mpg combined.

Price and Release Date

Toyota is going to release the new Adventure 2018 model this September. The price is not disclosed yet, however the buyers can expect price range between $25.000 to $32.000.
So, all those who are looking to have an adventurous SUV with styling, utility and strong all-weather potential can surely get their hands on the new Toyota RAV4 2018.
